Injen - Evolution Cold Air Intake System for 21-24 Ford Bronco - EVO9302C

The Injen EVO9302C Evolution Cold Air Intake System is engineered for the 2021-2024 Ford Bronco equipped with the 2.7L Twin-Turbo V6 engine. This advanced intake system features 3D-designed dual intake tubes that begin at a 5.00" inlet and taper smoothly toward the turbos, dramatically increasing airflow volume and reducing restriction. The large front-facing ram-air scoop is over twice the size of the OEM unit, enabling cooler, denser ambient air intake. A one-piece roto-molded XLPE housing integrates a Twist-Lock filter attachment and an option for snorkel adaptation. Included is Injen’s 8-layer oiled cotton gauze air filter, engineered for high airflow and long-term service. Dyno testing demonstrates gains up to 26 hp and 27 lb-ft of torque without the need for ECU tuning. The kit installs via factory mounting points and includes reinforced automotive-grade silicone couplers and stainless band clamps.
